Spring training has started, though if you weren't paying close attention you may have missed it. Many players have reported to camp and begun working out, but the closest thing to baseball the fans have seen is a few short videos of pitchers warming up or hitters taking batting practice.
Real spring training starts next week, when the Tigers play their annual exhibition against the Mocs of Florida Southern College. Dan Dickerson and Jim Price will hit the airwaves the next afternoon -- on March 1 for the Tigers' first Grapefruit League game against the Pirates -- and they're certain to drop names of some players you've completely forgotten or never even heard of. They'll probably even explain the implications of a locker on rollers, or uniform numbers in the 90s.
But in the meantime, let's see how many players you can name without their help. There are 58 players in camp, but don't be ashamed if you miss a few.
