Ian Kinsler's bloody hand may be my new favorite part of the Tigers season. pic.twitter.com/QH2MzoqrL6

Ian Kinsler made a key out in the ninth inning on a really hard hit baseball. You could see he paid a price for it soon after as he got back to his position and kept opening and flexing his throwing hand.
Then the camera caught a closer look and saw blood all over his hand.

So Kinsler did the oldest of baseball things: rubbed some dirt on it. Literally.

Ian Kinsler: Just a ballplayer. The highest compliment.
(But hopefully he disinfected it later. Dirt is, ya know, dirty.)
