Last year, the Detroit Tigers sported some ugly hats during spring training. In particular, there was a neon orange atrocity that was loved only by people who have horrible taste in other things, such as oatmeal raisin cookies, The Godfather III, and football.

This year’s hat looks exactly the same to me, but I have been informed that there are things called serifs, and they have changed from 2016 to 2017.
What’s worse is that the Tigers have by far the ugliest of the spring training hat collection, which was revealed today by Major League Baseball.
