We’ve given some of our opinions. Now we want to hear yours!

This week’s FanPost Friday prompt is What does your ideal trade deadline look like for the Detroit Tigers?

The trade deadline has been at the forefront of many of our minds lately, stemming from the team’s recent play and its number of marketable players. J.D. Martinez, Alex Avila, Jose Iglesias, Ian Kinsler, and Justin Verlander are just some of the players that could be wearing different uniforms come July 31.

So what would you do if you were in Tigers general manager Al Avila’s position?

Maybe you would make a flurry of trades in a frenzy of madness between noon and 4 p.m. on July 31. Maybe you would trade players slowly between now and then. Maybe you’d trade only a couple of key players and wait until the offseason for the rest. Or maybe you wouldn’t do anything at all. We want to hear about it! The only rules are that any trades have to be reasonable for both sides, and you have to explain why you would make each move or wouldn’t make any moves.
