It took long enough! Over three months after his debut with the Detroit Tigers, Jim Adduci hit his first home run of the season on Friday.

Okay, maybe that’s unfair. Adduci spent two of those months on the disabled list, and has only played 23 games in a Tigers uniform. He has shrugged off a mini-slump after returning, with four hits in his last three games. This homer was his first with the Tigers, and second of his MLB career.
