Today the Detroit Tigers have acquired Elvin Rodriguez, a 19-year-old right-handed pitcher, from the Los Angeles Angels. Rodriguez is the Player To Be Named Later from the Justin Upton trade on August 31. Rodriguez has an ERA of 2.94 for the 2017 season (his first professional season).
