State of the blog: What do you want to see from Bless You Boys in 2019?

It’s that time of year again! As we count down the final days of 2018, we are all thinking of ways to improve for the coming year. From losing those last few pesky pounds to eating better to getting more exercise, everyone has a goal or two in mind for 2019.

That goes for us here at Bless You Boys, too. We’ll admit it; the 2018 season probably wasn’t our best. From writing fewer stories to missing out on a bit of analysis we might have tackled in previous years, we as a staff think we could have done better in a few areas. The team on the field didn’t help, but there are still things we can do better as a site to serve you, our dear readers.

Speaking of, this is where you come in. We want your input on how things should go in the coming year — game coverage, prospect reports, news and analysis, you name it! If there’s a way we can do it differently or better than we have in previous years, we’re all ears.

We want 2019 to be a banner year for us at Bless You Boys, even if it isn’t for our beloved Detroit Tigers. We’re starting a bit early, with our top 30 prospects list already out in full, and we will begin rolling out individual reports in the coming days and into January. We have a few new ideas to expand on coverage both here and during spring training, but as mentioned, we want to know what you think too.
