Now here is a Tiger scout that don't use or trust stats: Poll

This scout recommended this player whose NCAA record is as follows: 236 inns, 5.98 K/9, 1.41 K/BB, .235 B/AVG and WHIP 1.35. These stats are actually not good compared to other NCAA pitcher. There were probably 150 pitchers that had better stats than him. The pitcher is a 2014 second round pick Spencer Turnbull. The scout, according to the net, is Bryson Barber. Mr.Barber is NCAA player playing for the Gators that never got drafted after his senior season in 2008.

Turnbull did have some things going for him. He was Alabama Friday night starter, he had a very good .192 B/AVG in his junior year and of course threw 96 with lots of ball movement.

I like Fangraph but don't really care for their stat wFB. Does anyone know what the B/AVG is for his four seamer vs his two seamer?
