The Tigers lost 19-0 so let’s talk about literally anything else

Hi everyone. How are you doing? I had a pretty good day. Work was fine, and I didn’t watch a stitch of a baseball game that occurred, the internet tells me. I got a lot of stuff done, had a delicious lunch, and the rest of the week is shaping up nicely.

I also saw the new Dune trailer. Did you see that? I haven’t read the book, but the movie looks awesome. It’s a great cast, and Denis Villeneuve is a really talented director who has made some solid movies in the past. People said that the Pink Floyd song was a weird choice, but I liked it. Hopefully things work out so that we can all go see it in the theaters.

Anyway, how was everyone’s weekend? The weather was nice here, but I didn’t do too much, other than take a few walks with the dog. I had my fantasy football draft, but who knows how those things go, really. Who are you targeting in your drafts this year? It should be an interesting season, and hopefully a return to semi-normal with the Lions eventually falling apart at multiple points throughout the fall. Is Matt Patricia still the coach? I heard they signed Adrian Peterson the other day. I’m not sure how that will work out, but it sounds like he is healthier than the guy he replaced.

I don’t want to take up too much of your time, just wanted to check in and see how things were going. Have you watched any baseball lately? The Tigers sure looked good on Tuesday. Here’s hoping they can keep things going after definitely not playing a baseball game today, and beat the Cardinals tomorrow.
