A team taking on the contract might be optimistic he will stay if they make a playoff run.

We can get a top prospect for him maybe two if he keeps pitching the way he has been.

Harris has an eye for reclamation projects so maybe a good hitter and a pitcher to work with,

Is his value at it's highest?

At the trade deadline if we strike I feel with the pitchers coming back from the IL if we can get one more big bat for the lineup we could be a dangerous team.
