W, 5-2 vs. Akron. Erie jumped out to a 2-0 first-inning lead, and the SeaWolves never looked back. Warwick Saupold started for Erie and allowed one run over four innings of work. Eugenio Suarez hit a two-run home run, while Daniel Fields and Tyler Collins drove in one run apiece. James McCann made his return from the Futures Game and went 1-3. Francisco Lindor, who is Cleveland’s top prospect according to MLB.com, went 0-2 with two walks for the Aeros.
