Minor League Recaps 7/25

Erie, West Michigan and the GCL Tigers all won during yesterday's action. Toledo lost in 20 innings, while Lakeland and Connecticut were both postponed. Omar Infante went 1-2 for West Michigan. Jake Thompson earned the win for the Whitecaps, and Corey Knebel notched his seventh professional save during the same game.

Triple-A: Toledo Mud Hens (46-61)

L, 2-1 vs. Scranton/WB. Toledo and Scranton played 20 innings in total – with Scranton eventually winning in walk-off fashion. The Mud Hens went through six pitchers, while Scranton went through eight. Avisail Garcia, Nick Castellanos and Jordan Lennerton were a combined 0-24 with ten strikeouts.
