Tigers sign Shao-Ching Chiang to minor league deal


The Tigers have agreed to terms on a Minor League contract for the 2020 season with RHP Shao-Ching Chiang, who will also receive an invite to Major League Spring Training. Chiang played in the Taiwanese league and has represented the Chinese Taipei national baseball team in international competitions.
